Itinerary: Our 4-day weekend workshop will begin at 4pm on Thursday, at the Conference Room of Roam Inn and will conclude in the same room at 12pm on Sunday. The exact timing of field excursions and classroom sessions will depend on weather conditions.

Overview: Join us for an inspiring 4-day weekend workshop on the shores of Lake Superior at Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. With the luxurious Roam Inn in Munising as our base, we will explore a dazzling array of photo opportunities, including spectacular painted cliffs, historic lighthouses, wilderness waterfalls, scenic rivers, and cobblestone beaches.
Our goal is to help you improve technical skills, artistic vision, and most importantly, have fun! We'll shoot at the park's iconic locations during the best times of the day for good light. In addition to shooting sessions we'll show you our digital workflow and post processing techniques in Adobe Lightroom.

Cost: $995

*Non-participating spouses can also attend the workshop for an additional $100 charge.

What to Bring to this Workshop

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations require us to re-open enrollment and spend additional resources to promote the event to fill the workshop. Therefore there are no refunds within 30 days of the event. Any cancellation made before April 30, 2024 will result in a tuition refund minus the nonrefundable deposit.

Please note that the entire fee of $995.00 must be paid by date specified to secure your place in the workshop. If the full amount is not received by that date, your enrollment will no longer be held and all payments up to that point will be considered nonrefundable.

We reserve the right to cancel the workshop if we do not meet our minimum enrollment. (We recommend travel insurance to cover your expenses in case of cancellation.) If the workshop is cancelled for this or any other unforeseen circumstance, you will receive a full refund, deposit included.
